Suby In The House
I am trying to learn how to be as creative as I can with text on my images, I tend to get requests once in a while to add them to my images and so far I don' think I am hitting the mark on what I am doing. So please bear with me, I know most people love images without text, fair enough, but the essence of my blogging is not only to post up images, but to post up images of things I am trying to learn and develope and waiting for you loyal visitors to either rip it apart or tell me what a genius I am, LOL.
So for now enjoy, those images I post with text, maybe soon I will get the combination down to pat (if I have not already done so)

Suby, this is the best of the magazine layout/poster images you've created so far!! Nice work!

Cool effect in both the texture and zoom blur.
Who is your customer or target audience for the photos with text? Are they printing these shots? I'd suggest trying to use non-cliche or non catch phrase text. When Aaron and I were in a band together I used to yell at him when he wrote lyrics with common phrases or cliches in them.
You strive to take and process original photos so don't settle for unoriginal text !

While "looking good" is clear and communicates effictively, it still sounds like something my grandmother would say. What about "haut monde, baby" or "i'm too hot to wear this jacket" or "coat check up in da club!" .....have fun with it (space providing) ciao.

It looks so professional, I love it. How about something like "...because style matters." or "Dare to wear it" or "Dare to be the new you" or "Meet the new you". Hopefully these are not cliches per Jason's standards :)

You are doing some really great stuff with your studio shots. I like the textured background you've put behind the subject and the slight blurring for the motion effect.
