Suby In The House
Suby - long time my friend
I saw your book recommendation on shutterchance. We've Got Borders in the US - a good store to browse around a few hours!
Not sure what I think about today's shot. The pose, expression, gesture and zebra couch all come together perfectly but I'm not digging PP style. I guess it is too blurry and blotchy for my taste. I think you are detracting from an otherwise excellent portrait by over processing. I'd be interested to see a different treatment.
Glad to see you branching out though and looking forward to more of the series - soon you will be shooting inanimate objects ;-)

This is not my favourite either. The zebra print doesn't work for me and her leg position is unflattering. It's a bit coy.

I agree with Jason to some extent. I think it would be more successful for me with warmer tones: the composition is intimate, but the purplish hues seem cold. Anyway, apart from that, I think it's a fine portrait.

I like her pose, it seems very elegant and beautiful.

Striking image. I agree with Jason, but the iamge catches one's attention & holds it. Cheers!

Well done.

This is a little harsh for me too. I notices as I was scrolling up from the comments box, for another peek, that I'd much prefer this image if you cropped from just under her nose. This focuses your attention on the sculptural look of her body. Her face is terribly distracting.

I just think that the image you posted today at Shutterchance is much better, I too believe that this one suffers from some over PP-ing. Although I myself suffer from that syndrome every once in a while, just looking at th post at Shutterchance, I believe that one is much much more....

Suby !! Prefiero con diferencia la que has publicado en Shutterchance. Aquí el experimento que has hecho es demasiado "arriesgado"?
I prefer with difference the one that you have published in Shutterchance. Here the experiment that you have done is too much “dangerous”?
